General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

The lapotinerie.fr website is published by La Potinerie, EURL, registered with the RCS under number 940 506736 00013. The head office is located at 3 place Gasnier Duparc, Saint-Malo 35400.

2. Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The present general conditions have for object to define the rights and obligations of the parts within the framework of the sale of the products and services proposed on the site lapotinerie.fr. La Potinerie offers ceramic workshops and the sale of ceramic products for individuals.
3. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
By validating an order or by registering to an event via the site, you accept without reserve the present General Conditions of Sale. La Potinerie reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The modifications will be applicable to the orders placed after their publication on the site.
4. Prices
The prices of products and services are expressed in euros and include all taxes. Delivery charges, if applicable, are indicated before the order is validated and are payable by the customer.
Prices for products and services are non-negotiable.
Payment can be made by credit card.
5. Products and services
La Potinerie undertakes to honour orders within the limits of available stocks or places. The illustrations or photos of products or services present on the site have only an indicative value and are not contractual.
6. Ordering and registering for events
The reservation of an event or the order of products is done on line on the site lapotinerie.fr. The registration becomes final upon receipt of a confirmation email. No confirmation will be sent by post.
If the information provided at the time of booking is inaccurate, La Potinerie reserves the right to cancel the booking.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal for services (such as events). All orders are firm and final.
For physical products, the customer has a period of 7 working days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the products are returned in their original condition (new and in their original packaging). The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return, excluding postage and return costs.
8. Liability
The customer acknowledges that he/she is responsible for taking part in an event and undertakes to comply with the organiser's safety instructions and recommendations.
La Potinerie cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or material damage suffered by the customer during the events. Personal items brought by the customer are under his/her exclusive responsibility.
If an event is more than 10 minutes late, participation may be refused without refund.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The personal data collected at the time of the reservation or the order are intended for La Potinerie and are necessary to the management of your order or inscription. These data will not be communicated to third parties without your prior consent.
In accordance with the law ‘Informatique et Libertés’ of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition concerning your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting La Potinerie at info@lapotinerie.fr.
La Potinerie reserves the right to use images and videos of its events for promotional purposes, unless the customer objects.
10. Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
La Potinerie reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will be published on the site and will be applicable as of their setting on line.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the customer agrees to contact La Potinerie to try to resolve the dispute amicably. In the absence of amicable agreement, the competent court will be that of the registered office of the company.
