2. Use of the Site
When using the site, the User undertakes not to engage in acts of any kind whatsoever that are contrary to the law, undermine public order or the rights of the Professional. or third parties. 3. Intellectual Property
The Site, its content and all its components are protected under intellectual property law.
La Potinerie is the owner or holder of the exploitation rights (having regularly acquired them from third parties) of all the elements that make up the site, such as brands, logos, texts, photographs and images, graphics, video, sound and animation data, software, source codes and databases.
